The budget for the financial year 2023-24 is expected to bring much-needed relief and growth opportunities for the region. In addition to this, the finance minister will also present the second batch of the supplementary demands for grants for the ongoing financial year 2022-23, along with the supplementary demands for grants for Jammu and Kashmir for the same year. The incident occurred around 4:45 pm near the BRTC bus counter, and fire officials were quick to respond to the scene. The explosion impacted a five-story building that housed a sanitary shop on the ground floor and a Brac Bank office on the remaining floors, as well as a nearby seven-story sanitary market building.
